Terms for using your application memory.

These Terms govern your access to FormMoi by BuzzChat, including the web app, Chrome extension, APIs, billing pages, profile tools, answer bank, application workspaces, and related services.

FormMoi by BuzzChat is operated by BuzzChat, a trading name of Buzz Innovations Ltd., registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17212684).

By creating an account, connecting the extension, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

FormMoi helps you store reusable profile information, contexts, raw source documents, application answers, and fill history so browser forms can be matched and filled faster.

The extension detects fields on webpages, sends field metadata to FormMoi, receives suggested fills, and can fill selected fields in the page.

FormMoi does not submit forms, applications, payment pages, legal filings, immigration forms, medical forms, or any other final submission for you.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign in credentials, devices, and extension tokens secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity from browsers connected with your token.

If you use FormMoi for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You control the information you add to FormMoi, including raw source documents pasted into the Answer Bank. You should not add information you are not allowed to store, process, or reuse.

Marked private fields, such as identity document numbers, are intended to require confirmation before fill and to be redacted from fill history.

If a form is high stakes or asks for sensitive information, review every answer before you submit the form.

FormMoi uses rules, semantic matching, and AI systems to infer which saved answer fits a form field.

AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a specific form. Confidence scores and source labels are aids, not guarantees.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, confirming, and submitting the final form. FormMoi is not legal, financial, medical, tax, immigration, academic, or professional advice.

The Chrome extension needs browser permissions to detect forms, communicate with the FormMoi API, store settings locally, and fill fields you approve or configure.

You can turn off field assist buttons, learning, better form detection, and preparation behavior from extension options.

You can block domains where FormMoi should not run.

FormMoi may offer Free, Pro, Power, Team, or other plans with different usage limits, features, support levels, and prices.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe checkout and payment terms may also apply.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for taxes, card charges, currency conversions, and provider fees that apply to your purchase.

Plan limits may include fill sessions, field assists, AI scans, contexts, answer-bank entries, application workspaces, exports, connected browsers, and history retention.

Do not use FormMoi to break laws, misrepresent yourself, bypass eligibility requirements, submit fraudulent information, scrape or attack websites, overload the service, or interfere with other users.

Do not reverse engineer, resell, copy, or misuse FormMoi APIs, extension code, model outputs, tokens, or security controls.

Do not use FormMoi to store or process another person's sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.

We own FormMoi, including the software, interface, brand, logo, workflows, documentation, and service design.

You retain rights in the profile data, answers, documents, and content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display, fill, and improve the service for your account.

FormMoi depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, database storage, AI processing, payments, email, browser extension distribution, and infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, fees, browser changes, or website changes that affect form detection or filling.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of FormMoi as the product evolves.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will give reasonable notice through the product or by email where appropriate.

You can stop using FormMoi at any time. You may request account deletion through the product or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay, or use the product unlawfully.

FormMoi is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every form will be detected, every answer will be correct, or every website will allow programmatic filling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, rejected applications, incorrect submissions, or website changes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have in your place of residence.
